太阳永不落下  The Sun Never Sets

西班牙，葡萄牙，荷兰，法国，英国，美国在历史上都曾经陆续成为过殖民帝国，在广义上，它们都符合过“日不落帝国”这个全球帝国的概念。我截取被网友记录并上传到视频网站的这些国家的日落视频，在日落未落下地平线的时候让日落戛然而止，让其太阳“永不下沉”。相对的，太阳光本该最充沛的那位于赤道附近的热带地区，却反倒因“日落”而陷入黑暗，黯淡无光。

Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States have all been colonial empires in history. In a broad sense, they all conform to the concept of "empire on which the sun never sets", a global empire. I captured videos of sunsets in these countries recorded by Internet users and uploaded to video websites. I stopped the sunset before the horizon, so that the sun would "never set". In contrast, the tropics, where the sun should be brightest, are plunged into darkness and gloom by sunset.
